House Rules
We want you to enjoy the space but in general Nashville has a 10Pm quiet ordinance, please keep it quiet after this time to ensure we can keep letting guests use the home!
No smoking inside the home.
No parties. A bachelorette/bachelor party is fine but no large parties allowed per HOA rules. Hosting a large party will cause you to forfeit the remainder of your reservation.
NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI. when it gets wet, it can stain counters/ floors permanently. Any damage from glitter will be deducted from the deposit.
