The kitchen features a large dining table and barstools and there are TWO living rooms! One is a cocktail room and the other has a large TV!
House broken dogs are allowed with a pet deposit & $50 cleaning fee.

House Rules
Palm Springs has very strict city codes. All rentals must be met by our local check-in person at some point and sign a “good neighbor waiver” that the city will keep. A copy of you ID needs to be taken as well.
Palm Springs rules include :
1. No Amplified Music Outside. Noise inside must not reach the outside of the home.
2. All cars must use garage spaces first, then driveway spaces. 4 vehicles allowed at the home.
3. Max 12 people allowed at the home during the day.
4. Inside noise should not be heard from behind property lines. Quiet time is 10pm -10am. If outside, please move inside during these times or use very soft voices outside.
5. Main guest must be 25 or older and present throughout the rental
These rules apply to every single Palm Springs rental and are not set by us. Please help us keep rentals like this in the city by respecting the rules.
