No smoking on the property.

We welcome your pets with a pet fee but you must pick up all pet poo and bring your own blankets to cover the couches/beds if you let them up please.

Check-in is 4 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM.

No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.

NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI. Failure to follow will result in an extra cleaning fee.

The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and spacious living area that features plenty of natural light and stylish decor. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with all the amenities you need to cook up a storm. You can also enjoy your meals at the dining table that seats eight people.

The three cozy bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms feature a king-sized bed and two twin beds that share a bathroom. All bedrooms come with comfortable linens, pillows, and towels.

The house is equipped with all the modern conveniences you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay, including air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. You can also take advantage of the washer and dryer located in the home.

Step outside and enjoy the Florida sunshine in our spacious backyard which features a grill and a comfortable seating area. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
